THERE IS SOMETHING BOTHERING ME

It has to do with this song that I really like, it is a great song. I know it came out sometimes between 1999 and 2001, probably 2000. I heard sometimes last week at a restaurant for the first time in at least 3 years. I can't remember the tune or any of the words. I know a guy sings it, but I don't know who.

Does anyone have any idea what the name of the song is?

  2. I think that one came out in 79 and it was sung by a chick. But it is a great song.

I know it was in the 80s and sung by a woman, but we've already established that your memory is faulty.

  4. Looks like we both learn something new every day: MacArthur Park Artist: Richard Harris (peak Billboard position # 2 in 1968) ...
version by Donna Summer charted at # 1 in 1978 MacArthur Park

  5. My memory isn't faulty, it is just fine tuned to really important things like when garbage day is.

  6. That looks like a really good song, but I don't think it is it. I'm looking forward to actually hearing Every Morning.

  7. That is closer, but I don't think so. Dammit, I hate having a mental block like this. I'll know it when I hear it again. I'll write down some of the lyrics, and then and then only will I be able to finally take life easy.

  8. OK, I downloaded Billboard top 100 songs for both 1999 and 2000. No luck, but I did get to hear Every Morning and Wonderful. Both are good songs. As I suspected, Wonderful is probably closer to what I'm looking for. Now I'm thinking it could be 1998 or early 2001.
I know it isn't later than that. I am in the process of downloading a big file, a 1990-2004 various artist compilation.
