Mohammed Get Light Bulb Removed From Anus

From Reuters: Fateh Mohammad, a prison inmate in Pakistan, says he woke up last weekend with a glass lightbulb in his anus.
...."We had to take it out intact," said Dr. Farrukh Aftab at Nishtar Hospital. "Had it been broken inside, it would be a very very complicated situation."....The doctor treating Mohammad said he'd never encountered anything like it before, and doubted the felon's story that someone had drugged him and inserted the bulb while he was comatose.

First off, I must ask the obvious: How many Muslims does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

Secondly, no matter how drugged or passed out I am, there is no way I wouldn't know a lightbulb was being placed up my ass.

He is in jail for making alcohol. This is prohibited by Muslims, unlike hate speech or blowing up infidels.

I'm surprised lightbulbs aren't prohibited by Muslims too, since they seem to want to stay in the dark.

  6. I have a friend who worked in accident and emergency in the UK. Anal insertition issues are actually quite common and he had some good stories, including a half pint glass in some guys anus that broke - nasty. At least with Fatah Mohammads case there was a light at the end of the tunnel :)

  7. I have a friend who married an emergency room nurse. She told me the weirdest thing she dealt with was a hot mustard jar inside the pooper.

  12. While your linked article from Reuters, I have to accept that it is not an urban legend, but the other you linked which seems to cast doubt [ the cement enema] on its veracity, i would lean to thinking that is AN URBAN LEGEND.

Do you have any proof of its independent existence, the report of the cement enema?

Quite a work of fiction as well as tall story, and cast in a web of questionable tales too, don't you think Bacon?

  13. I don't know if the cement story is true, I just properly linked Choosedoubts link in case anyone who reads the comments could easily go check the story out.

  14. OK, so people reading the cement story should put on an ALERT that they should check out that cement story as it CAN be an URBAN LEGEND.

Also goes to show our tendencies to fall for such possible urban legends. :-)

  15. I just can't believe that this guy had an *intact* lightbulb up his ass. What was it made of -- ubreakable glass? Or, um, maybe his bunghole had already been sufficiently stretched out by having other random objects inserted in it such that it was able to accommodate a lightbulb without shattering it?

    **shudder**

  16. I posted the cement link after searching for the story (no dout there are other sources out there) as I remembered reading about the case some time back in a book from the new scientist if I remember correctly. Of course, that doesn't mean that it's not an urban legend, but I think you'll find it isn't.

  17. I will assume it is an urban legend in absence of clear and convincing proof , esp when placed in the site it was found.

  18. Choose Doubt,

I would caution others of leaning too readily to think as the cement story suggests of those "xxx". It plays on one's hidden biases that makes one susceptible to such urban legends.

To kind people and vegetarians they fall prey to the Kentucky fried chicken urban legend , of some university involved, and chicken who are grown without legs .... You may think how can people fall for these .... but some do.

Likewise, I would wander why people would fall for the urban legend of cement story, but some do and will do....

So if you wish to prove me wrong, post the New Scientist research material.

  20. Ok, we are making plans to drug you up and put your challenge to the test.

Of course we can't tell you when or where - that would defeat the purpose of the test, you being able to know there was a lightbulb up your rectum - or perhaps a pineapple, you are the ass expert, not us after all.

  21. maybe the lightbulb in his ass is a miracle from allah

  22. Medical conditions are now very common. Some conditions are lethal although there are also less serious ones. If you're not feeling well, this is already an indication that something is wrong in your body.
